7th Annual South Caucasus Media Conference to be Opened

Tbilisi. November 11, 2010. The opening of the 7th Annual South Caucasus Media Conference to be hosted by the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Dunja Mijatovic.

The two-day event will provide a forum for discussion on media developments and challenges facing journalists in the South Caucasus region.Topics for discussion include international standards on access to information, Internet development and regulation and access to information in the South Caucasus.

Journalists are invited to cover the beginning of the conference, which begins at 10.00 a.m. on 11 November at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi, Rose Revolution Square, 1. Mijatovic will address the opening of the conference.
