Contest Announced for Vacancy of GPB Director General

According to the Georgian Law on Broadcasting the Board of Governors of the Georgian Public Broadcasting (GPB) is authorized to announce open competition for the vacancy of Director General. The open competition for the vacancy will be two-stage.

For the first stage those willing to participate should E-mail CVs to i.zakarishvili@gpb.ge from December 2012, 16:00 hrs to December 20, 2012, 18:00 hrs. The CV, upon delivery, will be posted on the GPB website www.gpb.ge.

Following the review of the CVs short-listed candidates will be announced.

Short-listed candidates will be interviewed to recognize the contest winner. The decision on the appointment of the new Director General will be issued following the contest winner submits the requested documents to the Board within 5 days of the announcement of the contest results.
